Unser Doppelkufensystem ist auf die aktuellen Sicherheitsstandards ausgelegt und zertifiziert (CE, ISO 3691-4). Jede Kufe wiegt unter 50 kg und ist mit zwei hochmodernen LIDAR-Scannern ausgestattet, die eine 360°-Rundumsicht garantieren.
Die Filics Unit erkennt Hindernisse zuverlässig dank präziser LIDAR-Scanner. Das System reagiert in Echtzeit und stoppt im Falle eines Hindernisses automatisch. Anschließend wird der Transport fortgesetzt.
Ein umlaufendes LED-Band ermöglicht eine klare und intuitive visuelle Kommunikation. Durch verschiedene Farben und Bewegungsmuster zeigt das System auf einen Blick den aktuellen Status und die Fahrtrichtung der Einheit an.
Unsere stationäre Ladestation ermöglicht einen intelligenten und autonomen Ladeprozess. In 30 Minuten Ladezeit erreicht die Filics Unit volle Leistung für 4 Stunden ununterbrochenen Transportbetrieb.
Die wesentlichen Verschleißteile sind modular konzipiert und lassen sich als komplette Einheiten schnell und unkompliziert austauschen.
Filics Units können innerhalb weniger Stunden implementiert werden. Weitere Roboter lassen sich in nur wenigen Minuten nahtlos integrieren.
