At the end of a shift, an employee checks the rack heads and sets up a transport order if required. The Filics Unit then automatically handles 5-10 transports per day over a distance of 50 to 150 meters - without any additional effort for the employees. Full load carriers are transported to a transfer zone at the waste compactor and new, empty pallets are provided again so that the picking process can continue seamlessly. This reduces transport times and ensures more efficient use of working time.
The Filics unit handles up to 80 transports per shift of ready-picked Euro pallets from the high-rack storage heads to the provision area over a distance of up to 250 meters. The pallets are seamlessly transferred to the subsequent process. This automation not only increases efficiency, but also improves the working conditions of the employees, who can now concentrate on value-adding tasks.
The Filics Unit ensures that employees are always supplied with the required products that need to be repacked and processed for customer orders. It transports load carriers over short distances from the provision area to the work station and on to the dispatch line. While the employee concentrates on the value-adding work, the Filics Unit automatically exchanges the finished and empty pallets. The employee simply informs the Filics Unit via the user-friendly interface when a pallet is ready for collection. By eliminating the need for shunting, additional space has been saved, resulting in more storage and repacking space. The Filics unit takes care of all transportation and allows employees to focus 100% on their tasks.
The Filics unit transports picked load carriers from a transfer zone over 5-10 meters to the unpacking station and takes the empty packaging to the storage area once the process is complete. At the same time, it provides a new pallet so that the employee is always supplied with fresh goods and can concentrate on value-adding tasks.

Useful information at a glance
The Filics Unit automatically drives to the charging station when needed or when there are no orders. In just 30 minutes of charging, it reaches full capacity, which is sufficient for up to 6 hours of uninterrupted transport operation.
The Filics Unit adapts to existing conditions and requires no extensive implementation measures. It is designed for indoor use only and requires smooth, level floors as well as stable, comprehensive WLAN coverage.
The Filics Unit is specifically designed for the EPAL standard and currently supports EPAL and H1 pallets. The range of supported load carriers is continuously being expanded, so that in the future, other load carriers that can be driven under by the unit will also be transportable.
Transport orders are created via a user-friendly front-end on any device with just a few clicks. Integration with a WMS system is planned. Additionally, the Filics Unit supports the internal Milk Run, where it regularly drives to predefined zones and, when necessary, transports pallets to the destination.
The Filics Unit meets all safety requirements according to DIN EN ISO 3691-4 and is CE certified. It is equipped with a camera, Blue Spot, LEDs, acoustic signals, and environmental sensors to ensure safe communication with humans.
